My idea would fit into the narrative plot of 'The unrecognized virtue'. The idea of Percy falling in love with someone far more powerful than him fits this exactly, and he would spend some of the film trying to prove himself as important to someone that reacts badly to him.
The plot would probably be most like an 'Education plot', as this focuses on the protagonist's view of people and life changing, and this screenplay is focusing on her realisation that he isn't as bad as she thought.
